Blueberry Smoothie

A creamy delight. I use this one frequently for breakfast. Blueberries are packed full with antioxidants, minerals, including vitamin C and a great source of fibre. You can also use frozen blueberries, blend everything together for a nutritious start to your day.


  • 1/2 cup of blueberries
  • 2-4 tbsp oats (optional)
  • 1/2 Cup of milk of your choice. I tend to use Soya.
  • 1 tsp of Honey (optional)

  • Flax seeds
  • Chia seeds
  • Coconut milk
  • Almond milk
  • Yogurt
  • Bananas
