Blueberry Smoothie

A creamy delight. I use this one frequently for breakfast. Blueberries are packed full with antioxidants, minerals, including vitamin C and a great source of fibre. You can also use frozen blueberries, blend everything together for a nutritious start to your day.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of blueberries
- 2-4 tbsp oats (optional)
- 1/2 Cup of milk of your choice. I tend to use Soya.
- 1 tsp of Honey (optional)

Other Ingredients
Additions:
- Flax seeds
- Chia seeds
- Coconut milk
- Almond milk
- Yogurt
- Bananas
Blueberry heaven.
