Flapjacks

Cherry Flapjacks

Quick and easy to make. Nutritious and Yummy!

Ingredients:

  • 200g Oats
  • 30g glazed cherry (chopped in to quarters)
  • 50g Flaked Almonds
  • 25g Mixed Seeds
  • 3tbsp (Honey, Agarve Nectar) or Maple syrup
  • 3-4tbsp of melted coconut oil

Place all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix until the oats are fully coated and covered with the runny oil and syrup.

Oven bake for 20 minutes at 180c

Cool before cutting into squares.
