Personally, it takes us a long time to commit and do, that’s why having these small set goals are great, they are achievable, motive driven, fun, easily accessible workouts set around your needs. As women we try to fit everything around work, home, family, life. All the while, doubting yourself, ” can I do this?”, “I’m not good enough”, “I haven’t the time”. Stop doubting and start doing! Take on my challenges and watch the transformation, if anything, you will have fun! It might be a struggle but that is what I am here for, you! My friends, “I’m with you all the way”.
